                         Personalized Systems of Instruction (Keller Plan) for university 
                         Physics teaching is the main objective of this work. The 
                         Personalized System of Instruction is presented as a kind of 
                         {"}learning for mastery{"} approach. A study of the applications 
                         of the plan in the teaching of universitary Physics in Brasil and 
                         other countries is also presented.",
